Banking Circle is a next-generation provider of mission-critical financial services infrastructure leading the rise of a super-correspondent banking network. Currently, Banking Circle consists of 350 people with 41 different nationalities spanning across their offices in Luxembourg, Denmark, UK, Germany and the Netherlands. The Engineering and Products organisations in Banking Circle are focused in Copenhagen, which makes it the center of development activities.

Banking Circle aims to be a best-in-class employer where innovation and career opportunities is going hand in hand. To support that, Banking Circle is looking to hire a talented Senior CRM Engineer to join the CRM Engineering team.
Today the team consist of a core of 7 employees which includes one Dynamics 365 CRM expert, one senior CRM Developer (consultant), two developers, two Business Analyst and one Product Owner. Together they form a highly skilled team, who have different capabilities within the CRM framework.
The main objective for the team is to implement and enhance the CRM system so it fulfills business’ needs and requirements. The team works close together and have a casual and open dialog. In general, the team is characterized as a joyful environment to be in.
You will also participate in shaping processes and standardize workflows for instance how releases are built, how to do deployment and testing. In general Banking Circle’s employees have a lot of influence on the day-to-day work and future development.
Position
As a Senior CRM Engineer you will participate in the ongoing configuration and refinement of the CRM system as the processes the system support will improve over time. You will develop plugins, integrations, apps, and similar for CRM. You will also participate in frontend development to adjust and override UI in CRM as needed.
Furthermore, the CRM Engineering team have built the system for both Sales and Know Your Customer (KYC) processes. In relation to this the next objective that this role will participate in is to build a portal for the costumers, which makes is possible to collect customer data much easier and reevaluate the information automatically, which support more customer self-service. Banking Circle expect the project to launch doing this year and when the project launches there will be some continuous work to connect public data sources automatically, to give customers a better experience.
Another exciting project that you will be working on is integrating CRM in other systems. This includes making data from CRM data more accessible to the other systems and expose it on the Azure Service bus, and publishing data contracts for easier consumption.

Responsibilities
- Configuration of Dynamics 365 CRM to serve Banking Circle’s needs
- Development of plugins, integrations, apps, and similar for CRM in C# .NET
- Front end development to adjust/override UI in CRM as needed, for instance making custom dropdown controls. Typically done in Javascript, React, Node JS.
- Enhance Banking Circles setup for build and deploy, quite manual now, using unmanaged solution in D365
- Development in Azure to expose data from CRM on Azure Service Bus, publishing data contracts.
- Make things as needed in Azure to complement CRM
- Enhance scripts for setting up sandboxes and managing environments (IAC with Terraform)
- Participate in proof of concepts. For instance, how Banking Circle builds the KYC portal based on PowerPortal
- Mentor less senior developers and contributing in CRM discussions
Requirements
It is imperative that you have
- Experience working with C# and .Net
- Demonstrated capability from a similar role where you have gained +5 years’ experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experience working with plugins, integrations, and apps in Dynamics CRM
- Experience and knowledge off frontend development in Javascript, React or Node JS.
- Very good communication skills in English
Furthermore, it is an advantage if you have
- Experience working with deployment pipelines and unmanaged solutions in Dynamics 365
- Experience with development in Azure to expose data from CRM and complement CRM
- Experience working with Scrum
- Experience with Azure cloud and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
