We invite you to bring your change management skills into play as you support the organisational change management in our largest business-driven and IT-based projects. These projects help transform the way we work and collaborate effectively across all our business units, 300+ offices and 35 countries. Our projects help improve our business through digitalisation, process-optimisation and introduction of new solutions and services. We manage an exciting portfolio of up to 100 new projects per year, and a growing share of these projects require effective organisational change management to fully realise the expected benefits. To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills and proven proficiency in change management approach and toolkit by having successfully applied many of the tools in your previous work experiences. You will join our Global IT Projects department
As our new Change Management Consultant for Global IT you will be part of a passionate team, which consists of 2 change management consultants and 10 project managers working out of the Nordic countries, UK, Germany and India. Ramboll’s Global IT Projects is responsible for Project Management, Internal Business Processes and Change Management. Your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
- Contribute to the continuous development of Organizational Change Management strategies, processes and tools that provide people-centric and user adoption approach
- Structure and perform stakeholders’ analyses and development of engagement strategies and plans
- Contribute to the design of and participating in presentations and workshops with internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute to translate change impacts into relevant communication and training strategies and plans to ensure delivery of consistent, timely and targeted content to impacted groups
- Support the design and implementation of change assessments, including analysis of findings and development of recommendations

- Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, Management/Business Strategy, Strategic Communications, Human Capital/Workforce Strategy, or a related field
- Proficiency in at least one of Change Management methodologies and tools
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with the user adoption side of digital services and solutions
- Experienced user of Microsoft applications including Office, Teams, Yammer
- Demonstrated proficiency and strength in presentation, and communications skills by developing and delivering effective presentations
- Experience with qualitative and quantitative data analysis and translating/communicating findings to inform decisions
- Knowledge of applications used for data visualization such as: SharePoint, Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Visio, Tableau
