The Digital Marketing and Channel Management team is a high performing team within the Vestas Global Marketing Department. The Global Marketing Department is responsible for Vestas' marketing globally and for ensuring coordination with our various regional colleagues across the world. The team is also responsible for all digital tools and digital infrastructure for all of Vestas such as Marketing Automation, Social Media, Vestas.com, The Intranet and much more.

As Lead Specialist in Digital Change Management, your primary areas of responsibility are to:
To achieve your goals , it is needed that you align and collaborate with Vestas regional marketing and communication teams, internal stakeholders and editors, Vestas Global IT collaborators as well as with external agencies and 3rd party vendors.

Responsibilities
As Lead Specialist in Digital Change Management, your primary areas of responsibility are to:
- Lead change management for digital implementation projects
- Support the implementation of a new digital communication infrastructure for Vestas factories and all Vestas factory workers across the globe
- Take ownership and day-to-day management of the new digital communication infrastructure for Vestas factory workers
- Develop strategy and implement tactic to drive employee adoption of the digital infrastructure for factory workers.
- Lead a global community of content owners and editors, coordinating the efforts of this decentralized group and encouraging collaboration and a consistent approach.
- Build relationships with and gain the buy-in of stakeholders at all levels and actively handle communications with key stakeholders and user groups.
- Develop, maintain, provide advice and monitor compliance with the digital communication infrastructure policies and standards to ensure effective and engaging content.
- Develop roadmap for continuous development of the new digital communication infrastructure for Vestas factory workers

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has solid experience from a similar position from an international B2B company. Furthermore, you are likely to have:
- Experience with change management within digital transformation project
- Proven ability to effect behavioural change across an organisation and drive adoption of new tools and business processes
- Experience handling digital communication infrastrucutre (e.g. intranet) on a global scale
- Solid understanding of the principles of User Interface and User Experience
- Solid understanding of the principles of Information Architecture design for intranets and digital infrastructure
- High level of comfort with social software and other web-based technologies
- Project management experience
- Experience working with SharePoint
Competencies

- Change management and tool adoption advocate
- Great cross-cultural competencies and experienced in multi-stakeholder management as well as handling agencies and contractors
- Experience working closely with IT, Communication, factory managers and factory workers
- Verbal communication skills: The ability to engage with employees at their level, and communicate complex topics
- Writing skills: The ability to create, review and edit content within digital infrastructure
- Training skills: The ability to create and deliver educational training sessions
- Ability to navigate in creative and complex environments while working with a good sense of urgency
