This is a unique opportunity for you to influence the future business development and products within our self-service and advisory tools of Nordea Pension in Denmark. The role will report directly to the Chief Development Officer.

About this opportunity
We seek a Head of Self-Service and Advisory Tools for Nordea Pension in Denmark. In Nordea we firmly believe that together we lead the way, enabling dreams and everyday aspirations for a greater good.

As the Head of Self-Service and Advisory Tools, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of highly skilled employees, who all focuses on developing, enhancing, building and fulfilling our business strategy for our self-service and advisory tools in Nordea Pension.

You will be the person responsible for define and deliver on roadmaps in tight collaboration with our Technology and other business areas. You will be accountable and responsible for ensuring that our development within the digital area aligns with the overall business strategy and ensuring that prioritized initiatives are developed and implemented as planned.

You will be part of the “Product & Business Development” department, in which we aim to ensure that the prioritized development according to our overall strategy for Nordea Pension is fulfilled and necessary enhancements are continuously implemented following our well-established processes. We actively challenge the status quo, consistently questioning our approach while acknowledging that we don’t need to address every aspect simultaneously.

As this is a senior position with a high level of complexity, we expect you to have years of experience from similar positions and being up to date on best practice within digital and omnichannel solutions. It would be best if you have experience from Pension, that would be a plus. It is mandatory that you have experience from financial regulated industries and digital self-service financial solutions to customers.
