Business Continuity and Crisis Management (BCCM) in Nordea – is a vibrant, diverse and international department of 3 teams of 35 individuals who work together and are part of ensuring that Nordea remains a safe, resilient, and trusted bank for our customers.

As the Management Partner, you will work closely with the department head and team leads, attending meetings, following up on key actions, and preparing high-quality deliverables. This is an ideal role for someone with a strong willingness to learn, even if you don’t have significant experience in resilience or management support. Your main goal will be to continuously develop your skills and take on more complex tasks over time.
