We are looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to lead our growing team and drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage a team of 6 key employees and 25 facilitators, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to team members, ensuring professional growth and development.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement necessary improvements.
- Operational Oversight:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all departments.
- Implement efficient processes and procedures to enhance productivity.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Financial Management:
- Develop and manage the company’s budget, ensuring financial health and sustainability.
- Monitor financial performance, analyzing key metrics to drive informed decision-making.
- Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with the executive team to define long-term strategic goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and market trends to drive growth.
- Develop and execute business plans to achieve short-term and long-term objectives.
- Client and Stakeholder Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.
- Marketing and Sales:
- Oversee marketing and sales strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns.
- Monitor sales performance and implement improvements as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role in a startup or small business.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid understanding of business functions such as HR, Finance, Marketing, and Operations.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and business management software (e.g., CRM).
