The Social Marketing team is responsible for developing and executing Pandora’s Social Media channel and content strategy. You will play a key role in strengthen our Social Media performance, and optimize experiences within the overall consumer journey together with the team. This includes connecting the Social Marketing strategy with the overall corporate and marketing strategy, be at the forefront of consumer needs and business potential within Social Marketing, and ensure governance and great cooperation with Pandora’s +100 local markets.
Your areas of responsibilities:
As Head of Social Marketing, you will first and foremost be responsible for leading your team to succeed in our ongoing Social Marketing efforts. You will stay ahead of the ‘social game’, drive stakeholder management and performance tracking, and seek out new opportunities for succeeding. You will also play an active part in creating coherence between Social Marketing and other functions within Global Office such as Brand Design, Brand Marketing, IT and Ecommerce as well as educating our organization on relevant areas within Social Media, to improve content production and overall performance.
In this position you can expect to further elevate the following job assignments:
- Program management of social initiatives and prioritization of tasks within the team
- Social strategy development, including definition of relevant work processes and governance
- Social performance/KPIs
- Overall channel partnership responsibility
- Strategy on collaborations, events & influencers, with PR
- Campaign launches, social strategy/concepts
What is needed to succeed:
- Min. 5 years of experience with developing Social Media strategies and experiences within paid, owned and earned on global or regional level.
- Min. 10 years of broader experience within (Digital) Marketing, from international matrix organization preferred.
- Strong knowledge in what it takes to develop social-first experiences
- Strategic experience with main social channels: Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat, YouTube, WhatsApp.
- Knowledge of tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Sprinklr, Socialbakers, Smartly, Adobe, Google analytics etc.
- Experience with operating in a business with many stakeholders and a high degree of x-functional work
- People management experience
- Degree in a marketing or business

You are familiar with working in a fast paced environment, and used to meeting tight deadlines. You have a good overview, and you are exceptionally organized, structured and adaptable within a dynamic team. You are flexible and have a positive attitude to problem solving, combined with great execution skills, as well as a being an openminded person who can communicate and work across all levels of the organization.

We are a busy Digital Marketing organization of 16 people, with the Social Marketing team consisting of 6 people, who work closely together, help each other out and appreciate an informal and humorous tone. Our team works very close with other departments and local markets, ensuring coherence between PR, Media, off- and online marketing, ecommerce and in-store consumer activation.
