Job description and areas of responsibility:
For our Core Business Solutions team, we are looking for a new Business Solutions Manager to run a global business engagement process with HR, Communications and other global and regional corporate functions. You will have the responsibility of HR and Corporate solutions and work together with business and IT stakeholders to formulate roadmaps and support on business cases and solution design to bring demands from idea to product.

As Business Solutions Manager, you will manage the business engagement process and general stakeholder management with business at all levels of the organisation. You will create and maintain roadmaps and budgets with business and IT stakeholders to deliver capability development and support Pandora’s overall corporate strategy. Moreover, you will continuously develop shared practices for roadmap and engagement processes with IT planning and other Business Solutions Managers.

Further to the above, you will:

  • Navigate the internal IT demand and funding processes to efficiently mobilise projects
  • Support the rollout of SuccessFactors as our new Human Capital Management platform
  • Understand business needs and deliver quality fit-for-purpose solutions, including ensuring holistic approach and cohesion with a long-term solution and application vision
  • Work closely with the IT Business Analysts to develop a culture of innovation and thought leadership
  • Set up the change networks to support the successful implementation of new solutions, including supporting and ensuring the business is undertaking the necessary preparation activities to allow changes to be successfully embedded

In the Core Business Solutions team, we take ideas and requests from the business through the IT development process by refining business requirements and co-designing solutions. We focus on teamwork and developing cross-functional capabilities to build both a feedback culture, a willingness to support each other and flexibility. We have recently introduced a value stream structure, so we hope that you will help us establish procedures and build engagement processes.

Our team consists of Business Solutions Managers who manage business engagement, and Business Analysts, who manage the content co-creation with the business. You will report to the Director, Core Business Solutions.

What is needed to succeed:
We imagine that you have an education or vocational training within Technology, Business Administration, HR, or Science, and experience working in a global organisation. You have preferably worked within the HR and Corporate applications domain, as well as with change management for global projects or value streams.

Further to this, you have:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience with IT business analysis, business engagement or project management
  • Worked with business case development and have initiated projects
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors or a similar HCM system
  • Led projects, including managing budgets and roadmaps

This role is based in the Pandora Global Office in Copenhagen, Denmark. Candidates should be willing to travel approximately 20-30 days a year.
