As Manager in Retail Standards and Operations, your responsibility is to deliver customer centric strategies to Clusters and ensure alignment of core operating practices and standards. Furthermore, you will actively identify and drive Continuous Improvements across our store networks which includes identifying, evaluating and improving efficiencies and productivity in stores by analysing processes, systems and layouts.
Some of your other main accountabilities will be:
- Development and implementation of optimal ‘in store’ end to end processes to clearly direct and guide core activities
- Responsible for co creating ‘fit for purpose’ retail initiatives with Group functions and Clusters, in line with strategic objectives and delivering to agreed timelines;
- Support development and maintenance of a clear Retail Communications framework to ensure relevant and timely information flows to stores
- Nurture strong relationships with Clusters to encourage feedback, share best practices and lessons learnt to drive future improvements
- Drive and champion a culture of Continuous Improvement and Change, supporting the Clusters to embed new ways of working and adoption of processes, systems and tools
- Understand industry standards and benchmarks and actively explore opportunities to innovate Pandora, ensuring we are a market leader in service and standards
As Manager in Retail Standards and Operations, you should be willing and able to travel up to 20 % of your time to visit markets.
The position is a maternity cover for 10 months, with the possibility to prolong the period.

Personally, you have the ability to collaborate across multiple functions, locations and cultures. You are very structured and organised which gives you the ability to prioritise task, manage your time as well as multiple and diverse projects simultaneously. You are a strategic thinker with the ability to change the ‘How’ and the ‘Why’ and you have a delivery and compliance mindset. Your passion is retail and you are self-motivated.
Furthermore, we envision that you have:
- Minimum 3 years of experience working with Multi-site Retail Operations or within a retail function such as merchandising, customer service or similar
- Experience from working in a global organisation
- Experience or evidence of competency to understand IT system landscapes and functionality
- Strong communication and influencing skills (written, verbal and interpersonal)
