Mange the evolution of our Consumer Value Stream
As Product Manager for Customer Engagement you will play a critical role in managing the evolution of our Consumer Value Stream, which is a vital role in our corporate strategy.

This role is critical for keeping up with industry trends, overviewing the delivery of our roadmaps, Agile capabilities and working on guiding initiatives with scoping, business analysis and business case development. You will be part of developing our future of how Pandora building products and services, enabling Pandora stores to bridge the gap between store experience and Ecommerce.

Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Lead or participate in the definition of Customer Engagement strategy and roadmap globally( (in-store technology team within Consumer Agile Release Train)
  • Maintain effective working relationships with key business and technology leaders, industry experts and partners
  • Maintain effective working relationship with the Product Management counterparts
  • Be the primary interface for key Retail, Digital (Ecom) and Marketing stakeholders for assigned Costumer Engagement domain
  • Collaborate in the establishment and management of the Costumer Engagement roadmaps
  • Cultivate and maintain a relevant external profile as an SME in the Costumer engagement domain in the local and regional tech community to attract talent and engage in prospective partnerships with the domain.
  • Bridge key stakeholders in Digital space in order to ensure optimal work collaboration amongst scrum teams operating within these areas

The position is a maternity cover and have a duration of approx. 12 months with the possibility of extension.

Effective influencer with expert communication and decision-making skills
To succeed in this role, we imagine that you have the ability to understand, communicate and engage effectively with multiple stakeholders at all levels. You are an effective influencer with the ability to work with large cross-functional teams to manage, support and solve problems. Furthermore, you are comfortable working with short lead-time, change management and in a highly volatile environment. And you have expert problem-solving, listening, written and verbal communication, and decision-making skills

Further to this, we imagine that you have and can demonstrate:

  • A master degree within Marketing, Consumer Insights, Data Engineering or similar
  • Expert knowledge of Retail systems, functionality, and industry standards
  • Expert knowledge of Retail technologies, business case development and business analysis
  • Proven skills in project planning, roadmap development and detailed status reporting
  • Knowledge of retail operations, POS/BOS and workforce management
  • Knowledge of B2B CRM, B2C CRM and Loyalty platforms
  • Having worked on the business side of a global retailer would be an advantage

Your new team
Customer Engagement delivers products, services and experiences, through a talented mix of colleagues from Retail, IT, Marketing and Ecom. The focus of the team is to enable excellence in execution for Pandora. The team is responsible for enabling systems that support Pandora employees whilst in store, to deliver their daily tasks, but also to focus on the digital solutions that can enhance the in-store experience. Eg. Engraving in stores, loyalty programmes etc.
