- Supporting the customer in building and Ordering the Product Backlog on Feature Level or User Story Level.
- Ensuring compliance with agreed standards, e.g. NNIT Quality Management System when facilitating definition of Ready and Definition of Done together with Scrum Masters.
If acting as an Agile Lead for software development or implementation projects the Release Train Engineer is expected to:
- Deliver business value within the agreed schedule, budget and quality as agreed in the customer contract.
- Meet the expectations from NNIT regarding profit margins, customer and employee satisfaction.
- Allocate resources according to the agreed deliverables.
- Preparation and approval of the plan including activities not managed on the Program Board.
- Management of the project economy, including contract management, budgeting, invoicing, and time registration.
- Execute decisions from StC, internal StC or Epic Owners dependent of setup.
- Management of sub-contractors if required to fulfil the customer contract.
You will join our Project Management team
You will become part of the Solutions global project management team. You will have approximately 45 colleagues in the Project Management team across NNIT - we emphasize teamwork and an open and honest communication approach. We encourage all Project Managers to provide and get sparring within the project management community and we try our best to create a professional work environment with social activities.
