Are you an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant with experience in the Life Sciences industry?

Then come and join our fast-growing International Life Sciences Consulting department of NNIT in Germany. We are looking for talented Organizational Change Management consultants who can guide our clients safely through their IT changes and offer you the opportunity to operate in the sweet spot where domain expertise meets business and IT needs.

Over the past 20 years, we have grown our life science business by delivering high-quality consulting services to industry players across the globe. Our strategy for 2025 is equally ambitious and will ensure we continue to leverage our strong domain expertise paired with business and IT capabilities. We have seen a year-on-year growth in our life science division of +20% exemplifying our strong organic growth, while engaging in strategic acquisitions to bring in even more momentum to fuel the growth journey.

NNIT is currently serving several large life science clients based ink Europe with a global footprint and need strong consultants with OCM background to join the team.

Your responsibilities

In the International Life Sciences Consulting team, you will join an exciting international department with highly skilled colleagues that have a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the ability to bridge this knowledge with IT.

As an Organizational Change Management Consultant, you collaborate with key business and decision makers in some of the largest life science companies on how best to manage change. Together with the client, you drive the organizational change management challenges on e.g. transformation engagements, IT implementations and optimization projects to deliver the defined benefits.

Main areas of responsibilities are:

  • Prepare and execute on core OCM deliverables based on a close dialogue with your OCM counterpart and other key stakeholders from the client organization – examples of deliverables are:
    • Case for Change.
    • Stakeholder Analysis.
    • OCM Execution Plan.
    • Change Impact Assessment.
    • Communications and Engagement Training.
    • Capability evaluation and Competency building.

  • Identify the right approach to Communications & Engagement and Training of impacted stakeholder groups based on a change analysis done in collaboration with a counterpart from the client organization and execute accordingly.
  • Support business development by engaging in sales activities.
  • Support improvement of our current OCM delivery methods and practices.
  • Capture customer reference cases and leverage these to drive knowledge sharing across the team.

This position offers the ability to apply all parts of the OCM palette in a global setting for life science clients facing key challenges that make a real impact in a client facing role. In addition, you will get the opportunity to join a growing area and actively be involved in defining and delivering on business targets to grow the offering further.

Qualifications and experience

You have experience with defining, designing and executing the change strategy that drives business performance in aligning it to the strategic goals of clients.

You quickly become familiar with business challenges and technologies to understand the environment for change and provide solutions to complex business problems.

You can drive decision-making and determine objectives and approaches to critical assignments to ensure benefit realization for the clients. You excel in developing strong client relationships and always act as a trusted advisor.

You have +5 years experience with organizational change management from another consulting company working with organizational change, strategic communications, corporate training or management consulting. You already have a broad experience in IT consulting and delivery, and you are accustomed to using best practice methods and tools.

Relevant academic degree - preferably a Master’s degree alternatively a Bachelor’s degree – within Communications, Adult Education, Psychology, Business or similar.

Furthermore you ideally have:

  • Demonstrated progression and growth within the Organizational Change Management discipline through past career experiences.
  • Experience with technology transformation and Life Sciences industry experience is considered an advantage.
  • A proven ability to produce and own high-quality deliverable that meet client needs.
  • High working capacity, solid track record and ability to work with multiple teams to deliver solutions on time.
  • High level of IT understanding and related business needs.
  • A passion for working with people and change processes.
  • Experience with developing comprehensive and to the point change management plans to support complex change initiatives.
  • Experience with monitoring and evaluating change method effectiveness.
  • Positive attitude, ability to anticipate client needs, organized, ability to collaborate across workstreams in a high paced environment.
  • Experience and/or certifications with change methodology ADKAR, Myers-Briggs or other is a plus.
  • Experience with Process Mapping and Process Design.
  • Experience with Workforce Transition strategy and planning.
  • Experience with Veeva is a plus.

You are fluent in English, secondary proficiency in German is considered a benefit.

You will be part of the International Life Sciences Consulting team

The International Life Sciences consulting team is an ambitious team working across Europe in a mix between virtual and on-site (when possible/relevant). We appreciate openness, honesty and a winning attitude and expect that you hold these personal skills and can quickly integrate with the other team members.

The team is part of the Life Sciences Advisory and Consulting division responsible for advising our clients on Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Production IT, Laboratory Services, Digital Transformation offerings.
