Your main responsibilities:
As our new Senior Global Reward specialist, you will strategize and align the NNIT’s Reward policies and procedures with business objectives. You will drive, manage and develop the NNIT’s Reward philosophy globally, ensuring this in line with corporate governance and the regulatory environment NNIT operates in.
You will design and implement compensation processes to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness globally, and you will manage and drive yearly global compensation process in line with approved guidelines.
You will be responsible for continuous development of NNIT position landscape and International Position Evaluation, and thus support evolving business needs, whilst ensure simplification and transparency for employees. You will drive benchmarking process in Denmark and abroad, collecting and analyzing internal data about current employees and future needs alongside with external market data to develop salary budgets and forecasts. You will continuously research for relevant trends and developments regarding Rewards to support and contribute to NNIT’s business strategy.
You excel in strong relationships and understand to act as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders across a global organisation, as you will have a close cooperation with regional HR team and the line of business regarding all organizational changes. You will provide intelligence and expertise to support senior decision making, and you will be the driving force in developing and presenting reports to our Board of Directors and Remuneration Committee on Executive Remuneration and subsequent reporting to the public.
You will join our Global HR Delivery Team
You will become part of a newly established Global HR Delivery team supporting regional HR teams in Denmark, Europe, Asia, and US, which ensures aligned processes, policies, and systems across regions.

Your qualifications and experience
Your theoretical and educational background is not important, but having a solid business understanding and experience with professional and operational support within Rewards area is essential.
Ideally, you are in a similar position today and have +5 years of experience working with Rewards / Compensation and Benefits in a multinational company. We expect you to be a committed and passionate professional who thrives with a high activity level and enjoys dynamic international environment with many different and ongoing tasks.
You build positive working relations with colleagues across the organisation. It is essential that you are a team player – just like all your colleagues in HR. We take pride in living our values every day, so as an employee you should be able to see yourself in them. We are conscience driven, value adding, open and honest.
You take a strategic perspective and have excellent problem-solving capabilities. You have a structured approach and meet agreed deadlines with a high quality.
Professional experience with Mercer/eIPE is an advantage, but not a requirement.
You speak and write English and Danish effortlessly.
