Your mission...
As Head of Brand Activation in the Consumer Products Division, you will be responsible for transforming brand vision into reality in store. Leading the strategic prioritization of our Brand Activations, you are equal part pragmatist and visionary maximizing ROI, but never compromising on brand values. Ensuring relevance for the Nordic consumers and key retailers, you make use of sell-out data, consumer- and market insights to guide and lead your team to ensure best in class execution via scalable, coherent, and timely brand moments across the Nordic region. You report directly to the Marketing Director.

Lead the strategic prioritization of our Brand Activations Lead the development of our yearly brand activation plan Continuously analyze & optime the plan to maximize ROI & Brand expression Lead a team of 6 FTEs Support the team to deliver excellent & timely go to market packages for brand activation incl. displays & POS material as well as Gifting Own, prioritize & manage the go to market budget in accordance with Brand Prios Drive simplification & sustainability through harmonization and agency delegation Own end to end process from gathering need, creation, agency management, collaboration with operations and purchasing Own the brand guidelines on retail activation & ensure they are respected Support ECOM marketing to deliver online activations aligned with brand expression guidelines Development and support of n-1 Your profile…
You have +5 years of experience in marketing or commercial, preferably from the beauty industry You have a passion for both brands and retail excellence You have a good knowledge of the on and offline Nordic retail landscape and trends You have excellent communication skills You are an experienced Excel-user who likes to work with numbers You are detail oriented and organized in your daily work You have an analytical mindset and are eager to look for shopper insights As a person, you value ownership, dedication, and personal development As a team member, you can bolster team spirit naturally and share your enthusiasm As a leader, you grow your team with drive and empathy to be the best version of themselves You are fluent in English and preferably a Nordic language We are looking for the Head of Brand Activation to start April 15th 2024 .
