In Technology Operations and Support at Nordea we arelooking for an enthusiastic and motivated Service Operation manager forMortgage & Property IT maintenance & Operation. You will be responsiblefor the daily operations and related production activities. You will bereporting to the head of Corporate Channels operation & maintenance.
In this Service Operation role you are responsible forthe daily operations/production within the mortgage and property area. Your keyareas to manage will be business stakeholders, incident, problem and changemanagement, deployment to production and production execution. You will also holdthe role of an Application Provider for the applications you manage. Theapplications are outsourcing to a Vendor in India in a Managed Service model.You and your team will be overall accountable for the Vendors performance, SLAand KPI’s. As Service Operation manager you will not get direct handles on but manageand lead the area through the Vendor.
Your future responsibilities
You’ll join the Corporate Channels unit with the responsibilitythe maintenance of the Mortgage &Property services which are used across all of Nordea Bank and Nordea Kredit.
Yourmain objectives will be:
- Maintenance & Operation of the Mortgage & Property services
- Build up an Operational Model for how to work with Managed Service
- Strengthen the current Nordea team’s capabilities / skills within maintenance, operation and ITIL processes
What you - in addition to incident, problem and change management statedabove - will be doing:
- Design and deliver support and service solutions in line with ITIL and/or industry best practice
- Monitoring the effectiveness of the team/vendor against SLA/KPI’s, driving through change as needed to deliver continual service improvement
- Instil a high-performance culture in the team with a focus on team work, service excellence and ownership for resolving customer issues and vendor collaboration
- Encourage open communication between team members, allowing the team to bring forward ideas on how they can collectively deliver a more effective service
- Set and cascade strategic objectives and targets to the team
- Ensure teams are skilled, trained and developed to enable them to deliver high quality service and vendor stakeholder management
- Manage and develop partnerships with the main Managed Service vendor, other third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Take responsibility for escalations and act as a point of escalation both in and out of business hours as required

Yourprofile and background:
- You have strong leadership skills and can motivate experienced team members
- You are a people leader with team building skills
- You know ITIL processes
- Communicate fluently in Danish and English
- You have a basis understanding of the Danish mortgage covered bond model (realkredit)
- Experience in managing multi-cultural teams with in- and outsourced team members (India and/or Eastern European preferred)
- Good communication, influencing and customer management skills
