We arelooking for a talented and experienced Product Owner to join us in the Mobile,eCommerce & Innovation team in Transaction Banking. This is an opportunityfor you to join forces with us in the digital space and take ownership for oneof our most frequently used local mobile payment solutions in the Nordics:MobilePay. The mobile payment area is of high attention both amongst customersand top management, and we need a star to join the team and work together with internalstakeholders and external partners to bring customer experience to the nextlevel!

That’s where you come in. Working withdedicated colleagues in an exciting, fast-paced environment, you’ll help meet ourcustomers’ changing needs whilst also securing that the product management of ourmobile solution is aligned with strategic direction and internal processes.
We are looking for ahighly strategic, commercial and result-driven person, with professionalexperience, preferred in product management within the mobile area wherestakeholder management, both internally and externally is key.

Your future responsibilities
You will be responsible for the local mobilepayment solution: MobilePay in Denmark, acting as a product responsiblecoordinator towards different stakeholders on all levels of the organisationand external partners, making sure that product management and businessrequirement tasks are well performed and in place. As there is a high focus ontop management on the area, this includes that key messages and storylines e.g.business cases are translated and properly conveyed to senior management in aclear and concise way. This requires a good understanding of the market of mobileapplications, devices, trends and continuous development in how those fit intoNordea’s strategic direction and commercialisation efforts.
As we work towards common goal and there aresynergies between the remaining local payment solutions on the Nordic market:Swish, Vipps, Siirto, it is also of importance to collaborate and combineefforts with responsible product owners for those areas but also with theentire Mobile, eCommerce & Innovation team.
What you’ll be doing:
- Secure fast integration of MobilePay features to be able to quickly reach the market and provide significant value to the customer and at the same time remove any friction from the banking process
- Serve as a cross-functional coordinator between sales, external partners and business product teams, as well as serve as internal mobile SME for the product group
- Integrate data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, competitive and market analysis, and company goals to drive prioritization of product initiatives
- Collaborate with internal and external customers including merchants, issuers, digital partners, acquirers, mobile network operators, mobile device manufacturers to develop and launch products and services
- As necessary, create concise, compelling content and business case to present and sell concepts through to senior management
- Maintain, evolve and communicate best practices and lessons learned. Apply learning to improve process and delivery of mobile solutions

Your profile and background:
- Strong product management experience with excellent business acumen, strategic thinking, people management and relationship building skills. 3 - 5 years of experience related to online and mobile product development, and strong knowledge of current mobile applications, devices and trends
- Strong work ethic and highly organized, holding self and others to high standards, able to work autonomously and as part of a team, fostering a positive team culture
- Excellent verbal communication and written/presentation skills, comfortable presenting, influencing and negotiating at senior management level, able to shift gears for audiences from different business disciplines of varying technical ability
- Must be proactive, results driven and have a proven track record of execution. Consulting background experience collaborating with clients on business strategy is preferred.
- Analytical with a focus on KPI's and measurement
- Financial services experience would be an asset
