As the new Technology Funded Project Manager, you will join an ambitious organization with a strategic focus towards publicly funded research and development projects. Being a part of the Technology team, you will meet highly qualified colleagues in a growing cross-functional organization, driven by purpose.
Your overall responsibility is to drive the portfolio of technology projects focusing on the company’s core technology.
This encompasses a great amount of responsibility collaborating with several stakeholders internally as well as externally. The focus of the projects will be on developing the electrolysers of the future, in collaboration with scientists and developers within this field on the locations in Kolding and Nærum (Copenhagen area). As the majority of the projects will be publicly funded research projects, experience within this area is an advantage.
Summing up, your responsibilities cover:
Additional tasks can be to participate in funded project acquisition, as well as lead internal projects.
To succeed in this role, you come with a strong technical background and understanding, based on an educational level of a Master’s degree or PhD within Chemistry, Chemical engineering, Physics or similar.
You have at least five years of project management experience, being familiar with working cross sectorial and delivering reports to internal and external stakeholders. To understand the complexity of navigating in publicly funded projects, experience within this discipline is key. You understand both the technological challenges as well as the strategic scope of projects and can communicate both to the rest of the organization.
You master English at a professional level both verbally and in writing and have strong interpersonal skills. Describing yourself as a colleague you recognize the following features:

- Leading technology development projects and cross-functional project teams
- Coordinate project planning and resources
- Coordinate with external funding agencies
- Comply with project reporting requirements (technical and financial) as set by funding agency
- Mature and initiate new technology projects
- Align with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the technology project portfolio and roadmap in collaboration with Head of Technology

Your background
