Green Hydrogen Systems is looking for an experienced Site Execution Manager to join an exciting team. Your key responsibility will be to lead and develop the team and execute on installation, commissioning, and service.
You will be responsible for Leading the Site Execution Department of 12-14 employees as well as cooperating with the other departments such as the Project Execution Department, the Service Department, etc. You will be responsible for establishing and optimising the working processes.
The focus will be on managing and expanding the team as well as maintaining and increasing customer satisfaction.
You come with solid experience in the installation, commissioning and/or service of process plants, pressurised equipment, or technical plants as well as electrical or mechanical technical experience.
You must have experience managing a bigger team at a distance. Preferably from a similar position with site activities, for example from the wind or Oil & gas industry.
Your educational background comes from electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, marine engineering or similar.
To succeed in this position, you make sure the site activities are optimised as well as have a safety-first mindset with a focus on risk assessment and observation reporting. You need to be resourceful, determined, and thick-skinned. You have to be able to make decisions regardless of if the full knowledge is there.

Your key responsibilities include:
- Management of the Site Execution Department (installation, commissioning, and service)
- Ensuring satisfied customers.
- Planning and coordinating site activities (installation, commissioning, and service) on electrolysers.
- Reporting related to the department’s activities.
- Ensure and support the SHEQ targets.
- Customer engagement and ensuring on-time delivery.
Your qualifications and motivations
You come with solid experience in the installation, commissioning and/or service of process plants, pressurised equipment, or technical plants as well as electrical or mechanical technical experience.
