For Muehlhan Wind Service (MWS) we are currently looking for an experienced and energietic Head of QHSE Wind, based in Middelfart, to ensure management, development and execution of the daily QHSE tasks.
Muehlhan Wind Service A/S is a full-scope contractor and supplier of specialized and "best-in-class" wind turbine technicians, as well as Installation- and Service solutions. Our expertise lies in the areas of; Mechanical Work, Paint- and Surface treatment, Blade Work, Electrical and High Voltage Work, as well as HSE/QA consulting.
Muehlhan standards are the highest in the industry and our Project Management department follow PRINCE-2 principles - to ensure quality and deliverables.The Company is solution oriented and innovative and wishes to be involved in R&D Projects, implement new technology and change business models, in order to increase efficiency and deliver value to our customers.
Via Muehlhan Group, they are able to operate on a global scale, with country specific knowledge and local content.
THE ORGANIZATION
The position is new in the organization and you wil be a part of a department of a total of 20 employees. Your daily work is in Middefart, and you will also have your workflow on the companys sites around the world.
MAIN TASKS
You will be responsible for the QHSE-team in Middelfart. In addition you will be responsible for developing and exectuting QHSE-plans as well as being an important play in shaping the entire QHSE-process. Furthermore you will get a close collaboration with the project departments.

THE CANDIDATE
EDUCATION
There are several approaches to this position. You could have a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) in Occupational Health/Industrial Hygiene or technical field, preferably Occupational Health & Safety. Most importantly you have the desiret knowledge and understanding of QHSE.
TRAVEL ACTIVITY
Approx. 30-50 days a year
LAUNGUAGE
Fluent in Danish and English both orally and in writing.
IT
Excellent computer skills in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
PLACE OF RECIDENSE
Within 1 hours drive from Middelfart.

- Support the project departments with QHSE knowledge
- Select, manage and retain subcontractors
- Perform audits of supcontractors
- Lead and develop the QHSE-team in Muehlhan Wind Service
- Ensure and preparation of QHSE-plans for projects
- Support a high quality of toolbox talks, safetywalks and campaigns
- Ensure a high and professional level of QHSE-support, both internally in Muehlhan and vis a vis partners
- Proactively identify the risks and challenges in the projects
- Ensure that processes and strategies, guidelines, etc. are developed and abided
- Participate and conduct safetyrounds, safetywalks, audits and more
- Analyze work incidents
THE CANDIDATE
- You have experience from a similar position, and you have solid experience from the wind-industry.
- You are analytically strong, have a problem solving mindset and you are an excellent communicator.
- You thrive in a independent role, where quick decisions are often made.
- You are a professional leader. You have a positive approach to people, are listening and have the ability to coach and teach your employees in a positive way. Furthermore, you are robust, calm and balanced
