Are you passionate about coffee and tea? Do you want to be a part of a dynamic Nordic HR Team?
In your role as HR Business Partner for Retail Nordics, you will join a fantastic Nordic HR team located in central Copenhagen where you will report directly to the Nordic HR Director. The HR Business Partner role is key in driving and building the culture and deliver on the people ambition.
You will pro-actively pick up on the needs of line managers, implement and facilitate core HR processes. You will work with the leaders to solve operational challenges in the business and be involved in and work on various large-scale projects that are a part of the global organization. You are based in Copenhagen and will be traveling to the business in Bergen, Norway at least once a month, depending on the business requirements.
