Serious Incident & Communication department is placed in Plant & Hybrid which is a part of the Vestas Power Solutions (VPS) business unit. This department project manages Serious Incidents within Vestas global fleet of wind turbines.
Power Solutions Plant & Hybrid Solutions CIM & Serious Incidents
The Serious Incident & Communication department is responsible for having the root cause established whenever a Serious Incident is recorded into the Continuous Improvement Management (CIM) portfolio. As a Senior Project Manager you head the technical investigation team that in many cases involves a variety of technical specialists from VPS, appointed external experts as well as the local Vestas Service organization, the customer and his representative possible also including local authorities.
Responsibilities
As our new Senior Project Manager, you will be heading appointed serious incidents investigations. Your tasks will primarily be:
• Heading the technical root cause investigation teams
• Convert findings into technical reports
• Handle other CIM projects using the CIM process
• Contribute to global knowledge sharing and activities within functional areas
• Ad hoc analyses and reporting
Qualifications
• You have an educational background as B.Sc / M.Sc Engineer combined with 5 -10 years' of experience from a similar position, preferably in an international company
• You have a knowledge of and experience with Six Sigma
• You have experience in Project Management in multinational matrix organizations
• You have the ability to comprehend and navigate within complex technical issues
• You are customer and result oriented and possess exceptional cooperation, execution and communication skills
• You possess fluent English communication skills both oral and in written

• You are flexible and thrive with changes
• You work with ease across different cultures
• Able to cope with change and working under ambiguous circumstances
