Come join one of the craziest growth journeys in Danish business right now. As our new Head of Group Finance, you will be leading a dedicated team that handles finance and accounting across five different growth companies, employing between 3 and 250 people.
We’re looking for the one, who can proudly deliver our monthly reports, lead our annual reporting processes, monitor cash flows and liquidity and be responsible for accounting processes across the group. We count on you to optimize our reporting setup and to take pride in the reliability of our financial figures and operational KPI’s. We always try to do things better, so we need you to think and act fast alongside lots of super cool colleagues.
You’ll lead a team of 5, who would describe themselves as vibrant and hardworking with a strong team mentality. Are you the new captain on the bridge?

Hobbii is a fast-growing e-commerce scale-up selling yarn and related accessories to yarn lovers in 35+ countries. We’re a Danish company with a global market. This past year we launched the first physical stores in Denmark, and have big plans for our continued growth over the coming years.
The group we keep talking about? Even though you’ll mainly be working with Hobbii, our Finance team also supports our smaller sister companies with accounting and financial reporting and helps structure and optimize shared processes. The skills needed to succeed
- You’re a trained accountant (cand.merc.aud)
- Experience from a reputable auditing firm
- Experience from a finance department (controller, finance business partner or similar)
- Leadership skills - you know, the classic - “You lead by example!”
- Have a positive can-do attitude and work well with people
- You’re great at presenting numbers and putting them into context for your audience
- Work in English with ease (as it’s our company language)
We’ll be thrilled if you
- Have experience with e-commerce, or have worked within a scale-up before
- Understand automation processes in finance/accounting
- Have worked with Odoo before (our ERP system)
- Have a genuine passion for optimizing financial processes and sharing the story behind it
- Are empathetic and curious about the people you work with
