Kamstrup is a Danish technology company and one of the world’s leading manufacturers of intelligent metering solutions. We experience significant demand for our solutions and focus massively on the development and production of intelligent metering equipment and systems for energy and water consumption. Therefore, we are looking for a Head of Technical Product Management – Metering for our Heat/Cooling Division, who can support the future development of our business.
In the position as Head of Technical Product Management – Metering, you will be responsible for the Technical Product Management department, consisting of 10 dedicated and passionate colleagues with a broad range of functions including; Technical Product Managers, Product Experts, Product Coordinators, Compliance Experts, Technical Writers, Graphic Designers and a Translator. You will have direct reference to our Head of Product Management and become a part of the Product Management leadership team, where you will proactively contribute to developing the Heat/Cooling business.
A job with a focus on technical expertise, technical documentation and product compliance
As our new Head of Technical Product Management – Metering, you will play a key role in securing that our products and documentation complies with international rules and the standards of today. While you will be the key person in acquiring knowledge and hereby influence the requirements of tomorrow.
More specifically, your tasks will be to:

Personality matters
You have a relevant technical background at minimum bachelor level. Furthermore, it is a requirement that you have:
As a person you work with a structured mindset and a good sense of details, while maintaining a solution oriented understanding of the product portfolio. You have the ability to prioritize and juggle many tasks at once. As you will have a broad interface in this position, it is important that you possess strong interpersonal and communicative skills which enable you to build strong relations internally as well as externally. You consider yourself a self-starter with a strong drive and you have the ability to move and change things.
It is a requirement that you are fluent in English, both written and spoken. Danish and German will be an advantage.

- Manage, support and develop your team
- Handle approvals and compliance
- Offer product support to all the other Kamstrup functions
- Execute product maintenance and lifecycle management decisions
- Gather competitor product intelligence
- Participate in new product development projects
- Manage the product documentation, translation and web pages

- Minimum 3 years of working experience within Product Management or Product Support
- Minimum 3 years of experience with legal metrology or similar
- Minimum 3 years of people management experience
