In a nutshell
Your role will be to advise and support companies in a variety of projects within Clinical Development. This can include business process optimization, system implementation or data harmonization across the business area to enable the clients reaching their goals. You will be expected to advise clients on best practices and vendor selections for new digital solutions within the area of Clinical Development.
In NNIT we are passionate in assisting our life sciences clients to succeed with their digital transformation programs thereby bringing business processes and related IT solutions to the next level. For this reason, we are now looking for an experienced Clinical Consultant to join our life sciences consulting team in Denmark.
Major responsibilities
As an experienced Life Sciences consultant, you will join an international team and be engaged in driving and leading our global Life Sciences IT consulting assignments. The projects that you manage are often complex analysis or solution implementation projects within a GxP based Clinical area for some of the world’s leading life sciences companies. You interact with many and demanding stakeholders, run projects subject to regulated documentation requirements and support the development of sustainable, long-term business relationships in the life sciences industry.
You will be involved in further development of our delivery methods just as you will develop your own skills in relevant areas including consulting methods, project management, communication, leadership, coaching approaches as well as more analytic elements taken from the management consulting curriculum. NNIT is known for high quality standards, and you will be guided to support that value in the context of the various aspects of your work.
We expect you have a passion for the Life Science industry and a good understanding of the value drivers and challenges that the industry is facing.
You will be part of our Life Science Delivery Organization
Our Danish team is part of an international practice with colleagues in Denmark, Switzerland, Poland, and Germany.
The Life Science Delivery organization is part of the NNIT Solutions Division, which is responsible for advising our clients on business and technology as well as design and implementation of IT solutions and applications.
NNIT is a global IT and Life Sciences Consultancy company with over 3000 employees. Our ambitions are to guide our pharmaceutical clients safely through their IT changes within their R&D, clinical, quality or regulatory areas, and has a strong pipeline of exciting projects.
Your qualifications and experience:
Being proactive and take initiatives in a convincing way falls natural as well as your ability to go the extra mile when required. Contribution to business development and sales is an embedded part of our consultant’s working life, however, in close conjunction both with colleagues and with our sales organization.

Your qualifications and experience:
- You have preferably 5+ years of experience from the industry including both consultancy and IT project management experiences.
- Strong life-science experience within Clinical area,
- Business application knowledge (eTMF, CTMS, CDMS, SSU Etc.)
- Academic background at master level or beyond preferably within relevant areas like pharmacy, IT and business administration,
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; fluency in Danish and English is mandatory,
- Training and experience with consultancy assignments,
- Veeva experience would be a great addition to your profile.
