Your responsibilities as a Financial Controller
We are a global business integrated finance unit which focuses on providing value-added services for NNIT's board, management and line management. NNIT as a company has a history of data-driven decision-making and we are enriched with large amounts of financial data, which the finance function is owning. Therefore, there is a large dependency and trust in the finance function.
As our new Senior finance specialist, you will be joining a great team of dedicated and professional colleagues across Finance. You will work out of our Headquarter in Copenhagen, and you will report to the Head of Reporting. In this position you will be playing a vital role in our month-, quarterly- and year-end procedures relevant to both our internal and external reporting, our financial compliance framework and our finance transformation. As complexity and extent of controlling and compliance are continuously growing, we have decided to further strengthen our controlling team by adding this newly created position.
To succeed in this job, it is important that you collaborate with your colleagues and build a good and trustful relationship with your stakeholders globally. You are eager to learn new things and can adapt to new ways of working quickly, as we continuously rethink our finance processes and build our capabilities within Controlling. This means that you should be curious, ask questions and suggest solutions.
Your qualifications
Since we are a global company, you will be involved in cross-cultural collaboration. Consequently, it is a requirement that you are fluent in English. It is important that you communicate on a high level in written and verbal English. Travel is not expected.
The ideal profile is currently working as an auditor or as a Senior financial controller, having finalized a cand.merc.aud or HD(R), perhaps supported by relevant experience.

- Financial controlling and giving guidance on special accounting related issues and transactions
- Preparation of the Monthly reporting to management and board
- Preparing external IFRS reporting to NASDAQ
- Participate in Group Projects to ensure correct accounting treatment and reporting i.e. in relation to M&A activities
- Coordinate with external tax consultants
- Further strengthening our Financial Controlling

Your qualifications

- Proven track-record from similar controlling position or from your work as an auditor.
- Sound analytical skills within financial information
- Mastering Excel
- IFRS experience from a Danish based corporation, is an upside, but not a must.
- University degree in Business Economics and Auditing (cand.merc.aud or HD(R) i.e.)
The ideal profile is currently working as an auditor or as a Senior financial controller, having finalized a cand.merc.aud or HD(R), perhaps supported by relevant experience.
