This is a unique opportunity to be part of an ambitious tech company where you will have the chance to build the enterprise architecture discipline for the innovation and development function of Terma. We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Architecture leader to take ownership of building and further developing our Enterprise Architecture to support our ambitions.
You can set the direction and build the foundation
As our new Head of Enterprise Architecture in Technology & Digital Enablement, you are responsible for driving our Architecture Vision and Strategy - you will work with the different technological domains, the IT Organization and stakeholders through a clear vision and roadmaps. Your responsibility will cover the innovation and development area organization in Terma.
You have experience with establishing an Enterprise Architecture governance framework that enables efficiency in a product development and innovation organization. You utilize your excellent communication and collaboration skills to facilitate understanding of the value creation a structured Enterprise Architecture governance model provides.

You will be a part of a new leadership team with the responsibility to drive digitalization across our innovation and development area. You are coming in on the ground floor and get the opportunity to help mold the organization, practices, technologies and thereby put your mark on our culture.

Your responsibilities will cover:
- Form relationships, collaborate, and learn from stakeholders about their friction points and business needs related to utilizing existing and future technologies
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create a long-term Enterprise Architecture strategy and a plan for implementing it
- Partnering with domain architects to build a roadmap
- Work together with stakeholders to create the needed processes and procedures
- Facilitating Architecture Board

- At least 10 years of experience with Enterprise Architecture
- +2 years’ experience of relevant People Leadership responsibility
- Experience from implementing Enterprise Architecture governance frameworks
- Experience with technology roadmaps, governance, security and compliance frameworks (preferably from highly regulated industries)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
