Then we have the perfect job for you as Head of Sales in a company based in the southern part of Jutland.
Set strategic direction for project sales through a high-performing team
You will report to the CCO, and your responsibilities encompass the commercial development and successful positioning of a business unit in the company. You will work closely with the Operations team on project execution and tender preparation. The core tasks are related to the following:

You practice leadership through involvement and empathy and set the direction with new initiatives, seeing them through to completion with strong personal execution and impact. The job requires approx. 30 travelling days per year.
Solid leadership and project sales skills
You are an experienced commercial sales profile with good technical understanding, preferably with a bachelor’s degree or higher. You have a solid understanding of selling, from one-to-one agreements through to month-long complex tender processes, including the presentations, budgeting, and negotiation this requires, enabling you to develop concepts and navigate in complex settings. It is crucial that you have experience with technical sales and people management. You possess a strong drive and analytical skills, and your presentation technique is second to none. As a result, you can motivate and guide colleagues in building a compelling offer as well as deliver a convincing offer presentation in customer meetings. Your ability to ask questions ensures that you leave your meetings knowing that you have uncovered all possible aspects of needs and sales opportunities. Moreover, you can analyse contractual conditions and translate them into risk management and calculations. On a more personal note, you are a strong team player who understands the importance of good relations internally as well as externally and across cultures. You are hands-on and outgoing, and you work proactively, persistently, and in a structured way. Finally, you have excellent communication skills and master English at negotiation level.

- Develop the appropriate commercial strategy for the designated area of responsibility, including must-win battles and action plans, which you will translate into concrete initiatives and behaviours supported by relevant KPIs and follow-up.
- Lead, develop, and motivate the team, enabling them to execute the strategy by setting an example through structure and systematic leadership.
- Find differentiation in the market and ensure this is communicated to customer.
- Support the Marketing & Communications department with the right value propositions including associated communication, cases, social media strategy, etc.
- Identify suitable projects/customers/OEMs along with corresponding market and execution plans for each country, including prioritisation, contract negotiations, and approvals, focusing the efforts based on value propositions.
