We are looking for a Team Leader to bring strong leadership and communication experience to Transaction Monitoring Change Management, leading the Analyse TM Data for Change team, based across the Nordic countries, Estonia and Poland. This is a people focused role with data skills and an opportunity for you to be part of one of the most exciting and challenging efforts going on within Nordea on our journey to fight against financial crime.

About this opportunity
You’ll join our team within Group Financial Crime Prevention (GFCP), where we set the scene for developing automated transaction monitoring (TM) controls for the entire Nordea Group. As team leader, you will play an important role in ensuring our teams are well equipped to fight financial crime.
Your team is under TM Change Management sub-unit where your team analyses the data for change activities to support the transaction monitoring development activities. Core capabilities within the team are requirements definition for data, data mapping changes and analysing the data change impacts with knowledge on Financial Crime prevention area. We have a diverse team of different backgrounds and levels of knowledge, where our focus is on continuously improving on both the individual and team level.
We are looking for a team leader that is ready to support our team members in their delivers as a servant leader, as well as someone who is full of ideas to create a great place to work and coordinate key activities to attract, lead, and retain talented minds and diverse personalities across all of TM Change Management.
