The Nordic operations are run from Aspen’s offices in Ballerup, Copenhagen, which too have grown extensively in the past few years. Due to this expansion of both activities and areas of responsibility, Aspen is now looking for an OTC Manager to join the Nordic commercial organisation in executing the sales activities by taking full accountability for tender-sales & access in territory and taking ownership for customer communication as well as for marketing material and compliance.Nordic role with a huge commercial impact
The OTC Manager will be responsible for planning, developing, and implementing all OTC brand marketing strategies both in print and digitally in Sweden and Finland while supporting Commercial Managers in all countries to roll out strategy across the Nordics. You will lead all activities in Sweden and Finland as well as complement Norway and Finland in an aligned effort to grow the OTC business portfolio.The role as OTC Manager is central in creating value and obtaining a clear understanding of customer needs and profitability, needed to achieve clear commercial planning and best practice sharing across countries and brands.Are you the one?
You have a relevant Master’s degree in business administration, economic or similar, and you have 5+ years of experience within OTC brand management for drugs. You understand the link between Rx and OTC and combining both with the overall commercial agenda. You have experience with the Swedish market in specific. You know the dynamics of OTC markets and the dynamics of decision making with key stakeholders, as well as you are experienced in digital strategy and have demonstrated results within all areas addressed, especially your ability to execute the different projects.Apply for this exciting position at Aspen Nordic
