Lyngsoe Systems is a solutions and professional services company specializing in RFID data capture in logistical processes for broad based industrial/manufacturing and transportation/logistics customers. We are a solution provider delivering turnkey solutions consisting of HW and SW, taking end-to-end responsibility through all phases. We are seeing an increased demand across North America and are looking to add a Senior Sales Executive to build and grow business in the North American market.
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will refer to Business Unit Director. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, markets, and opportunities, building and maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and alliance partners, and identifying as well as driving sales opportunities winning new accounts.
The Senior Sales Executive:
You should expect 80-100 travel days annually.

- THE POSITION
As a Senior Sales Executive, you will refer to Business Unit Director. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, markets, and opportunities, building and maintaining a long-term relationship with accounts and alliance partners, and identifying as well as driving sales opportunities winning new accounts.
The Senior Sales Executive:
- Understands the Lyngsoe value proposition, our services, solutions, and domains to be able to articulate to potential customers that ranges from managers to C-Level
- Identify & Qualify potential customers to ensure alignment with our go-to-market strategy
- Drives growth and profitability within the assigned markets and accounts
- Drives and secures order intake
- Contributes to the global sales management forum to achieve delivery of revenue performance across channels and customers
- Plays an integral role in new business pitches and is responsible for the effective on-boarding of new clients
- Maintains awareness of the competitive landscape
You should expect 80-100 travel days annually.
- THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
International Sales Profile with experience in selling solutions and services including both HW and SW. An in dept understanding and experience with processes and challenges within logistics, supply chain, warehousing, freight forwarders and similar.
To succeed in this position you have:
- Proven track record and min. 5 years of experience in large account management
- Min. 5 years’ experience in IT, HW/SW sales in area of logistics, warehousing, supply chain or similar.
- Experience in selling to C-level executives
- Experience with complex sales processes with multiple buying influencers and diverse business partners
- Experience with concepts and value proposition
- At least +5 years of international experience
- Business acumen potentially combined with a master's degree or bachelor's degree within business or engineering
Furthermore, you:
- Have strong account planning skills and relationship building skills
- Have a strong analytical mind-set and are capable of converting market intelligence into insights and insights into action
- Have excellent people and communication skills both with clients and internally
- Take initiative and are highly self-motivated
- Are a team player who understands that result comes from teamwork utilizing the combined strengths of the team.
- Are able to act quickly when the competitive situation changes, and new opportunities arise
