Klarvinduer is growing more than 100% every year! Do you think you can beat our records and push our marketing efforts for higher growth? Then you're the one we're looking for!
Our marketing department is growth-focused, and that's why we're looking to expand it with new team members. You will be the second team member in the growth team, joining our Creative.
Your responsibility will be to lead the Creative team in Klarvinduer and add the members you need to reach our goals.The goals of the Creative team will be to find new ways of getting customers to our platform and improve the methods we currently use.
How we reach this goal is up to you in collaboration with the rest of your team and the CMO.
What you'll need to succeed
Klarvinduer is a startup. That means nothing is ever finished or perfect—we're in constant growth. You need to enjoy the possibility of constantly improving and changing things, and live well with the changes growth delivers to the company. Because we adapt to changes fast.
You will be working alongside our marketing team in close collaboration in order to grow business internationally.
As a Head of Creative, you will determine how our message is communicated to our audience across all channels. Lead the creation, design, copywriting and optimization of our customer experience.
We believe that you will fall in either a Copywriting or Art Direction category, whichever you fit in, you will have to lead the overall creative decision making in both areas and add the team members you need to reach our goals.
What you’ll get in return
Klarvinduer's headquarters are based in Tartu, Estonia, but you will be working from their cozy danish office in Valby, which you will be sharing with a team of 12 cool colleagues. But if you feel like working from our sister offices in Stockholm or Tartu once in a while, you are more than welcome to do that!
Klarvinduer's culture is light and informal and always open and adaptable – that is of course needed in a startup environment, but it also means you will be able to influence how the work environment is at the office. They count on a great social environment with free lunch twice a week, Friday bars, team-building trips twice a year to the HQ etc.

- You have knowledge of marketing/creativity principles, industry best practices and branding
- You are not afraid of a hands-on approach, when it's needed
