Finance Director for an international Business Unit

As Finance Director at Ammeraal Beltech Modular, Ammega you will have the full financial responsibility for the Business Unit Modular (locations in Denmark, Poland, USA, China and Spain), plus the direct responsibility for the finance and IT function in AMMERAAL BELTECH MODULAR A/S. You will play a vital role in the implementation of the corporate strategic focus of preparing the company for IPO within 3–4 years. In this process you will act as a close sparring partner for the BU Director, the Management Team and Corporate Finance in the development of the company.
With direct report to the Business Unit Director positioned in Denmark, and dotted line reporting to the Group CFO positioned in Switzerland, you will be part of the Management Team and furthermore, you will be part of the Group Finance Team together with Finance Directors from other Business Units, Sales Regions and Group Finance.
Your main responsibilities are:
Your qualifications are collected through at least 10 years of experience with financial controlling and management in a production company with international units. You are a strong manager with several years of management experience and you have a powerful toolbox comprising a broad range of financial and economical tools combined with a high level of business understanding. Experience with IPO, IFRS, ERP implementation and transfer pricing will be an advantage.
You have a higher economical education as cand.merc. within auditing or financial controlling, HD in accounting or similar.
You are a person who is a great motivator, who leads the way in the role of the inspiring leader being able to delegate and to make the organization deliver with respect for diversity among employees, cultures and nationalities.
