About the position: Join our team in Business Improvements & Strategic Projects as Business Project Manager in Offshore Sales & Projects.
What are my responsibilities?
• Identify, initiate and drive operational and strategic improvement opportunities within global Offshore Sales & Projects organization and interfaces to other Offshore functions e.g., Product & Portfolio Management, R&D and Strategy• Lead cross-functional improvement projects and initiatives within Offshore Sales & Projects including following functions / departments – Sales, Customer Project Management, Construction and Engineering• Support the S&PR Management team with respect to concise summary of information (ad-hoc requests) and the creation of management presentations (incl. Preparation of workshops, decision proposals etc.)
What do I need to qualify for this job?
• Very good university degree in management, business engineering, engineering, mechanical engineering or natural science• 3-5 years of professional working experience thereof ideally 2+ years in a strategic management consultancy or strategy department of a large or mid-sized corporation• You are able to manage multiple projects and tasks based on priority• Experience in developing processes, and concepts taking a holistic end-to-end perspective• Experience in applying / implementing developed concepts into daily business• International work experience e.g., as part of an international project team or working abroad• Willingness to travel• Full professional level of English – German, Spanish and Danish is an advantage In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
