About the position
With reference to the Team lead for Site Resource Sourcing (SRS) Operations within our Offshore Market Unit, we are looking for an experienced Resource Coordinator, who will be acting as a line manager for an internal site administrator team and additionally be sourcing third party technical staff for our offshore projects in Construction Site Resources (CSR). You will be in charge of hiring and managing white collar staff as well as hiring blue-collar staff for offshore wind projects.
You will be part of the SRS team in Denmark, Germany and UK, and the position will be based in Vejle, Denmark.
About the role
As a Resource Coordinator, you will be looking after your own team of 4 internal site administrators and additionally be liaising with a few suppliers of external site administrators as well as subcontractors providing technical staff.
In this role you will be responsible for the hiring and allocation of internal and external site administrators to our projects according to the SRS hiring processes and in coordination with global site management which will include support at hiring interviews in Denmark.
You will be coordinating the onboarding of external site administrators globally (outside DK) and executing the onboarding of external site administrators in DK. You will be ordering delegation contracts for internal site administrators (in DK executing, in other countries coordinating) as well as conducting performance evaluation and development of internal site administrators globally.
You will liaise with subcontractors in terms of allocations, certificates, personal protection equipment, onboarding plans, training requirements, timelines etc. for external technical staff (blue collar) according to the SRS operational ordering processes. Your daily tasks will require to monitor and report on performance and quality and ensure the resource allocation of technical staff from sub-contractors are met through identifying quantity, reviewing qualification and coordinating deployment to site.

You work in a very structured way and at the same time you thrive in a dynamic and fast changing environment. You have excellent communication and English skills, both orally and in writing.
