For our Project Coordination department in Offshore Sales & Project Management, we are looking for an experienced French and English-speaking Project Coordinator who wants to be part of high performing project teams in a dynamic working environment.

Our Project Management department is a matrix organization which means that you will primarily be working in a project environment supported by the line organization.
You will report directly to the project manager, and you will be part of a team with a strong team spirit. Sharing knowledge and at taking care of each other is part of our DNA - and we practice freedom with responsibility.

About the role
Joining our Project Coordination team, you will be a core member in our offshore execution projects. You will be managing the administrative setup on the projects, arranging workshops and client meetings as well as supporting team in our internal guidelines and work processes.

You will be organizing & participating in workshops and internal- & external meetings linked to the project. And you will be responsible for necessary follow-ups in relation to those. You will also be responsible for onboarding team members to the project and for maintaining project data, organizational charts, contact list and communication matrix.
Furthermore, you will support the Project Manager in preparing presentations & reports, taking minutes from meetings and following up on action points.

About you
As a person, you are persistent, solution oriented and engaged with a strong customer orientation. And you possess excellent coordination and networking skills. At the same time, you are a dedicated team player thriving in a fast-changing intercultural environment. In addition, it is crucial that you are a skilled communicator with excellent command of English and French both orally and in writing.

Preferably, you have experience with business administration and project coordination from the wind industry or from big international organization. You need to have experience working with Microsoft Office 365, and knowledge about other relevant IT tools and applications is an advantage.

In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
