Sales SBU NCE Parts & Repair, Internal Sales
The Parts & Repair Aftermarket Sales Team services wind turbine owners and service providers in northern Europe. By providing consumables and spare parts for maintenance and repairs we ensure the continuous operation of countless wind turbines and the supply of renewable energy for industry and private homes. Join our team and become part of this important function by supporting the sales managers with high-quality administrative support.

You will become part of a small team of three including your manager, and it is therefore essential that to you no task is neither too big nor too small, as we have to support each other out to achieve our goals . You will work closely with both customers, our sales organisation, our warehouse and our external suppliers, and service must be at the core of how you work.

Ideally you have experience with invoicing, issuing purchase orders and credit notes, and you work in a structured way, where you follow up on outstanding issues.

Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will primarily be to:

  • Handle intercompany billing, quotations, purchase orders and smaller sales orders, primarily through Vestas online shop - Shop Vestas
  • Support sales team members with price inquiries and general administrative tasks
  • Monitor stock and delivery times of spare parts
  • Handling of Non-Conformity Report and follow up on them
  • Creating Purchase orders to internal and external suppliers
  • Handling and transferring data for audit/review purposes


Qualifications
The ideal candidate would have:

  • Experience in administrative and financial tasks such as invoicing and issuing purchase order and credit notes
  • Good English skills in oral and writing, Swedish language skills is an advantage
  • Good working knowledge of computers and has good knowledge of MS Office programmes and special Excel
  • Industry experience or from a similar industry would be an advantage
  • Experience with SAP (preferable but not required)
