The Parts & Repair Aftermarket Sales Team supplies wind turbine owners and service providers with spare parts for maintenance and repairs to ensure the continuous operation of thousands of wind turbines in Northern Europe. The team is highly committed to an exciting growth plan with excellent customer service, and we are now looking for a technically and commercially qualified manager to further strengthen our effort to achieve great results.

Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities will be:
- Drive the sales of main components to customers across Northern, Central, and Eastern Europe, as well as selected African countries.
- Lead, coach and support a technical skilled team and highly specialised main component sales representatives
- Develop and promote strategic initiatives to grow sales and maintain high customer loyalty
- Create effective partnerships across the organisation to establish best practices
- Align with other Vestas departments such as Supply Chain, Procurement and Repair Shop to identify and implement business improvements
- Keep track of budgets, target settings and continuous forecasting of team results
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is expected to have the following qualifications:
- Relevant degree in Engineering, Business Administration or similar
- Experience with aftermarket service and sales of technical products
- Experience from wind, automotive, aerospace or similar technical industries
- Fluency in English, both verbally and in writing. Linguistic skills in Danish and/or German is a plus
- User of MS Office and ERP system, e.g. SAP or Salesforce
