Vestas' Global Service business was spun out as a separate business due to the growing commercial and strategic significance of the service business. With our corporate strategy "Profitable Growth for Vestas", we have communicated specific, ambitious growth targets for service in coming years. To achieve such targets while keeping our cost base steady requires a continuous shift in how we operate and perform our processes - commercially as well as operationally.
The Service Global Process Management team works to continually find opportunities for the Service organisation in Vestas to drive, support and maintain process optimisation. We safeguard a standardised, digitalised, and industrialised global operating model across Vestas Service. We deliver business process management as a disciplined approach to identify, design, implement, document, measure, monitor and control business processes to achieve consistent targeted results. The team works closely with colleagues across Vestas.
Responsibilities
As Process Improvement Partner, you will coordinate the commercial process landscape, ensure process excellence as well as continuous improvement and liaise with the process owner and other senior key stakeholders. Further, your responsibilities on a global level will include:

Ideally, you have worked in a similar role as a Process Consultant or Process Manager in a global environment. Further, we expect you to have the following qualifications:

Additional information

Responsibilities
As Process Improvement Partner, you will coordinate the commercial process landscape, ensure process excellence as well as continuous improvement and liaise with the process owner and other senior key stakeholders. Further, your responsibilities on a global level will include:
- Develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships that can be leveraged to decisions
- Handle global change requests and decision-making in a large global organisation, and ensure effective communication across the Service Process community
- Safeguard and continuously optimise our newly established Operating Model
- Facilitate workshops and set the pace for continuous improvement actions
- Transfer business needs and requests into system requirements and act as the interface to IT
- Design and deliver on process improvement initiatives across the end-to-end value chain
- Develop a solid service commercial knowledge in processes, systems and technology-related tools and be the Go-to-Partner for business and regional organisations
Qualifications
Ideally, you have worked in a similar role as a Process Consultant or Process Manager in a global environment. Further, we expect you to have the following qualifications:
- A relevant bachelor's degree as a minimum, combined with a commercial background
- Proven experience with process management or consulting experience in a well-reputed company
- A convincing communicator with the ability to explain complex topics effectively at all organisational levels
- Expertise in change management and data-driven analysis
- Good English skills, both verbally and in writing
Competencies
You will be required to take responsibility in your assigned field and be able to establish influential relationships. We envision that you have the following competencies:
- Great motivation for the renewable energy industry and Service
- Good project and change management skills
- Proactive and eager to take responsibility for assignments within your field
- Curious by nature and able to think creatively and test convention
- Good social skills and multi-cultural understanding since you will work with many stakeholders internally and externally from all over the world
