Do you want to be leading the proposal process when we bid for projects for large pharmaceutical customers? Are you energetic and can make things happen? Then we have a job for you.
In this job, you will be responsible for the proposal process from lead to submission of the proposal. During the process, you will ensure we leverage our knowledge base across NNE’s technical departments and specialist areas and act as a wingman to account managers to ensure commercial success and legal requirements are according to NNE policies.
At NNE e strongly encourage cooperation across departments and technologies and as Proposal Manager, you will be exposed to a large network across the organization and work closely with account managers, project managers, specialists and engineers.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities: As a proposal manager you will be working with specialist assignments to large cross-disciplinary proposals concerning new production facilities worth over 100 million DKK. Your primary duties and responsibilities will be to
Parallel to your work with specific proposals, you will also take part in optimizing and developing NNE’s sales and proposal process to increase our competitiveness
The Team:
You will be part of the Account Management department together with account managers and sales supporters and in the Proposal Management team where you will get 4 dedicated and experienced colleagues.
In the department we have different educations and professional backgrounds, but all with an interest in technical matters within the pharmaceutical industry and with commercial aspects in focus.
Required Qualifications: The position depends on a high level of independence and individual initiative combined with a high degree of personal drive. It is important you can gain respect from managers and that you have excellent stakeholder management skills.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: As a proposal manager you will be working with specialist assignments to large cross-disciplinary proposals concerning new production facilities worth over 100 million DKK. Your primary duties and responsibilities will be to
- act as one point of entry to proposals for your designated customers
- ensure bid / no bid has taken place by involving the right stakeholders
- analyze tender material and other information from and regarding the customer
- demonstrate leadership by mobilizing the proposal team identified in the bid strategy and coordinate proposal team members’ tasks
- ensure commercial soundness of proposals
- ensure a review/approval package of high quality
- deliver a structured and winning proposal in compliance with the bid strategy, based on input from proposal team and stakeholders, which will be a good foundation for the contract.
- participate in and support proposal presentations to customers, negotiations and handover to execution in collaboration with account manager
Parallel to your work with specific proposals, you will also take part in optimizing and developing NNE’s sales and proposal process to increase our competitiveness
The Team:

- Experience as project manager, account manager or proposal manager is an advantage but not a requirement
- Experience in setting up engineering project teams
- Languages; English and preferably Danish, but not a requirement
- Master’s degree within Business, Engineering, Architecture or similar

- approaches all tasks in a structured way with an eye for details
- has strong project management skills and can manage multiple proposals in parallel
- excellent communicative skills written and verbally and an ability to explain complex matters in a simple way
- can act proactively as well as solution and results-oriented
