As our new manager you join our largest division with +450 technical experts and specialists covering all process/mechanical and facility disciplines. Here, we’re responsible for the physical design of pharma facilities from the core processes to the outer building shell. For this we use a large pallet of systems and tools to support our work that need to be governed by the new system department – and this is where we need you to step into the picture.
Unleash your potential to define future digital solutions
You’ll be responsible for three employees, and throughout 2022 grow this team, while assisting our Indian and US offices acquire similar competencies.
You’ll have an important strategic role in directing the divisions System Advisory Board (SAB), ensuring the continuous development of our systems. This means you’ll work closely with the Vice President of PFD as well as ensuring close collaboration with the Director of Digital Modelling.
You’ll also have a role towards our Digitalization track, where our vision is to work smarter through data driven engineering. This is based on building data models and enriching 3D models to take our collaboration with customers & suppliers to the next level. The overall aim is to use this as a foundation for a <bdigital twin. Some of the systems that will be governed are Autodesk, Revit, BIM360 – to name a few.

The department will work out of Denmark, US, and India. The work requires the ability to work closely with the PFD business owner (our Vice President) to understand and adapt to changing business needs while at the same time safeguarding secure IT solutions complying with the Global IT standards.

How you might spend your days
As a manager, you'll be part of a hard-working, multi-disciplinary team where you'll be:
- leading the System Management department
- ensuring compliant development of engineering systems and support IT solutions that optimize business processes
- a close collaboration with the CIO & Global IT to comply with NNE IT governance
- coordinating development activities with the Digitalization track
- supporting all the PFD disciplines in the ongoing projects - cross functional
- directing the PFD System Advisory Board and part of the Digital Modelling management team

The miles you’ve walked
To apply for the position there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- + 2 years of experience in people management
- Master’s degree or similar graduate degree in relevant field (Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineer)
- Experience from IT or Digital leadership positions
- Experience within management of design, development, implementation, and maintenance of IT solutions
- Knowledge about BIM tools (Revit, BIM 360, Autodesk products etc.)
- Knowledge of IT outsourcing, IT vendor management and contract management
