We’re glad to say we’re on a busy and exiting journey. That’s why we’re looking to grow our management team. The department you’ll manage is an integral part of our Facility Design area where you’ll be in reference to the Director. In Facility Design in Denmark, we’re 230 employees and consultants working closely together with our 65 Facility Design colleagues in India. The Electrical & BMS department consist of approx. 50 employees and are managed by two managers in collaboration.
We work in interdisciplinary teams with projects in the pharmaceutical industry. Our projects range widely from the early phases and concept stages to handover of the finalized facilities. Including everything from very large green field projects to minor refurbishments and rebuilds.

How you might spend your days
As a Manager in Electrical & BMS, you'll be working with a motivated, cross-disciplinary and co-creative team where, you'll be:
- Be an integrated member of Facility Design Management team and participate in defining and implementing our strategic goals.
- Be responsible for driving selected cross-disciplinary development projects across the Facility Design line of business.
- Be responsible for developing competencies, tools and design methodologies within Electrical & BMS design and execution.
- Have 20-25 employees in direct reference specialized within electrical and/or BMS design, specifications, tender preparation, and supervision.
- Be sparing and challenging projects to stay in touch with technical developments within the discipline and the NNE way of working.
- Work with our project managers and sales force to assure resources and competences on projects.
- Collaborate closely with our Office in India where an increasing amount of the engineering is done.

The miles you’ve walked

- You have a degree as Bachelor of Engineering, Academy Profession (AP) Degree in Service Engineering or similar with a minimum 10 years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience in people management, project management or team management.
- You have experience with engineering projects in the industrial or life-science sectors.
