About the role

In this role you will work cross-functionally with stakeholders across the organization, leading internal improvement projects to implement problem solving solutions and enhance our services and delivery to our customers.

Teamwork and the ability to quickly grasp the essence of complex topics are imperative in handling the wide range of situations and specific projects you can encounter—we are lively, collaborative, and work in a fast-paced environment.

As a Project Manager for internal development projects, you’ll be

  • Working with stakeholders to scope individual projects, creating and managing a detailed work plan for successful completion of projects
  • Working with process and system owners to define success criteria and determine required resources
  • Coordinating internal and external teams to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, budget and quality with frequent interaction across the teams and partners. You will drive the success of the project and motivate the team.
  • Monitoring, analyzing and communicating individual project status to leadership and stakeholders to ensure forward project progress, escalating when required.
  • Resolving problems as they arise, being open to new and challenging requests, identifying work process improvements, implementing lessons learned.
  • Leading individual project closure tasks to ensure operational readiness for post-project handoff

  • Have effective communication skills, both written and verbal. You can work with multiple stakeholders and cultures and interact with people of all functions and at all levels.
  • Are self-driven and motivated, willing/able to influence without formal authority.
  • Can work in a team and bring out the best in others, but you are also able to execute on your own.
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English and enjoy working in a multicultural environment

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:

  • Relevant educational background within e.g., business management, project management or similar.
  • At least 2 years’ demonstrable experience successfully managing projects.
  • Experience with project management practices and tools to create, manage, and track project performance across milestones.
  • Experience with impact analysis; communication positioning, design, and delivery
  • Your experience makes you able to quickly understand complex processes and identify drivers for success.
  • Experienced user of Office 365 toolset
