About the role
We are looking for a motivated and proactive Student Assistant to join our Process Automation team. The Process Automation team is consisting of approximately 70 skilled and dedicated professionals in our automation department, working with Distributed Control System (DCS). This role is perfect for a student who is passionate about agile project management and scrum methodologies.
You will be supporting our agile project manager responsible for a software development project, in implementing new scrum methodologies to optimize our day-to-day business operations. You will be working around 10-15 hours per week in our office Virum, with a flexible schedule to suit your study schedule and exam periods.

As a Student Assistant, you’ll be:
- Supporting Project Manager with day-to-day tasks in planning and execution of our software, development project and initiatives to ensure a smooth project execution
- Assisting with preparation and execution of communication and change management activities within the organization, such as drafting emails, newsletters, project meetings, workshops, and events
- Performing other administrative and operational tasks on an ad-hoc basis

The miles you’ve walked
In all positions there are some things that are needed, and others a bonus. We believe these qualifications are needed for you to do well in this role:
- You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in IT, engineering, business, communication, or a related field with at least 1 year left to graduation
- You are used to work in Azure DevOps. Experience with Excel is an advantage
- You are fluent in English, both written and spoken
