We are looking for a new Head of Business Banking Strategy to play a key role in shaping the future strategic agenda of Business Banking by driving implementation of strategic direction and initiatives. This is an opportunity for you to grow and work closely with the executive management team in Business Banking and contribute to our ambitions.

Business Banking offers banking and advisory products and services to our small and medium-sized corporate customers. Business Banking also includes Transaction Banking which provides payments and international trade services and Finance, which provides asset-based lending

What you’ll be doing:
Leading and development: Lead and mentor a high performing strategy team fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership and curiosity. You’ll lead a team of 5-6 highly skilled specialists within strategy and execution and you will be reporting to Michael Peter Lee Miller Smith, Head of Business Banking Office. You will also be a member of Business Banking Office leadership team. The role can be based in any Nordic country.
