This is a multifaceted role which combines the strategic partnership with our CEO and executive team with the integral role of overseeing daily administrative functions as a personal assistant, supporting various facets of the CEO's professional life.

As we continue our mission to create innovative development and state-of-the-art manufacturing, we are seeking an exceptional executive assistant to support our new CEO.
The role and impact
As executive assistant, you will be at the heart of our executive leadership team, ensuring the smooth functioning of our CEO and facilitating essential administrative processes while also managing multiple projects, including long-term initiatives.
As a vital member of our executive leadership team, you will not only support our CEO but also spearhead strategic initiatives and projects which drive the future of our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a diverse array of tasks, including managing the CEO's busy calendar, composing high-quality communications on their behalf and coordinating vital interactions with our board of directors. Your exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail will be pivotal in arranging seamless travel plans and compiling essential documents for crucial meetings.
This dynamic role requires you to be at the forefront of our strategic endeavors, managing strategic projects, crafting high-impact communications and ensuring the seamless coordination of critical interactions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping our organization's strategic direction, contributing your strategic insights to drive the growth and success of Xellia.
Specifically, some of your responsibilities would be:
- As a strategic partner: You will work closely with our CEO and executive team. Your ability to analyze complex data, identify trends and make informed recommendations will be instrumental in shaping our future.
- As a personal assistant: In this capacity, you will oversee the daily administrative aspects of the CEO's professional life. This includes managing schedules, coordinating essential tasks and ensuring the CEO's work life runs smoothly. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be invaluable.
You are an experienced professional who brings:
- superb organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and as a commercial acumen, you adeptly handle and prioritize multiple, complex tasks in a fast-paced environment. Your action-oriented problem solver attitude ensures that you drive projects to successful outcomes
- proven skills in building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders which allows you to understand the pulse of the company. With excellent verbal communication, you foster collaborative 'business partner' relationships with executives and colleagues throughout the organization
- exceptional proficiency in both written and spoken English
- 2-3 years of experience in consultancy or similar roles, highlighting your ability to coordinate projects, analyze data effectively and provide strategic insights which drive organizational success.
In addition to your experience, your ability to think strategically and provide valuable advice to the CEO and executive team will be a cornerstone of your success in this role. You will be instrumental in shaping our strategic direction and contributing to our growth and innovation.
