Reporting to the Head of Enterprise Application Architecture, you will fulfil the role of Transformation Director within Maersk Technology.

Key responsibilities
• Lead the change and global rollout programme of a new architecture approach for the design and build-out of the enterprise technology landscape
• Own and deliver a change and communication plan; ensuring messages are crafted for the right audience at the right time in the right channel in a consistent and engaging format
• Facilitate the creation of technology change roadmaps for major milestones.
• Own the metrics and updates around the pace of transformation and achievement of milestones.
• Outline key engagement messages that need to be communicated throughout projects
• Proactively engage, inform and influence key stakeholders relevant for the specific change initiatives
• Build a trusted partner relationship with senior stakeholders across technology and facilitate and manage the change programme which will deliver the Maersk Integrated Platform.
We are looking for
The role will need a natural communicator. Someone has a global mindset and the curiosity to continuously acquire new knowledge and skills. You have a holistic view and understanding of technology and business, and you act proactively to improve your own work. You have strong cooperation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills. You can lift the bar and energise people around you, while maintaining a strong personal drive and the ability to get things done.
You will demonstrate the following:
• Proven experience of successfully delivering large complex programmes
• Ability to communicate and demonstrate the value of the change to key stakeholders in both the business and technology functions.
• Understanding of change management on a global scale across multiple functions - using a value driven approach and an understanding of E-2-E impact.
• Understanding of the vision and challenges of moving from a monolithic landscape to decoupled service-based architectures.
• Ability to structure and follow up pro-actively.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and setting direction for others.
• Good knowledge of the global logistics industry & profitability drivers with a comprehensive network of contacts.
• Keen interest in technology industry trends and potential to translate into business value
• A good level of business acumen and experience in managing technology change.
• Experience in working in international environments
• Worked within globally distributed matrix organisation
• Full professional proficiency of written and oral English
• Great verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Consulting or business reference experience
• Commercial acumen
