In the Returns & Recovery Department, we receive, organize and handle goods which are returned or damaged. Therefor it's important that you thrive in a job where attention to details and structures is key.

What you'll be doing day to day
Your primary tasks will be to handle and organize returned and damaged goods.
In Returns & Recovery, our customers are both drivers and the Ikea customer support. Therefor, the department is in daily contact with many different stakeholders.
Your tasks will be:
• Handling of internal return orders and/or damaged goods using MS-office package
• Assessing damaged goods, identify damages and determine needed course of action
• Restoring, repacking and relocating orders to respective load areas
• Ensuring neat and clean work environment
• Collaborating, communicating and co-operating with your colleagues to ensure efficient and teamspirited working conditions

• The position is 37 hours per week on average
• Your work shifts will be 14:30PM-22:30PM. We work most week days and every other weekend both Saturday and Sunday
• Salary within union agreement with HK, including pension, odd hour payment and fritvalgskonto
• We have several benefits such as: Pension, health insurance, massage, cantine, co-worker discount, discounts through Logbuy etc.
• Start date August 1st 2023 or after agreement
• We have an ongoing interview process and reserve the right to close the job when we have found enough relevant candidates
