If you are service minded to the tips of your fingers and do everything to ensure satisfied customers and if you have an interest in food, then you might be one of our new sous chefs.
As a sous chef, you take an active part in the day-to-day work in the store and have co-responsibility for the store's operations, staff and results. It is your task that the store is always tidy and ready for sales during a hectic working day with good management and happy employees.
As a sous chef, you get a responsible role with exciting challenges and a competitive salary package from the first day of work.
When you start, we equip you through a thorough training course in our concepts and processor, so that you have the prerequisites to achieve success in your new position. You will receive thorough training so that you are well prepared for the task. On a daily basis, you work closely with the shop owner, who is also your immediate manager. You must work together to lift and optimize the store and operations. The shop owner will be your closest contact and the one who, together with you, is responsible for your development.
About the job
You will have an everyday where you are present in the store together with your employees, and it is therefore important that you can find a balance in the daily operations, the administrative tasks and prioritize development, well-being and motivation in the store.
As sous chef, you help to develop and support your employees so that they perform at their best in terms of sales and product knowledge. You will be responsible for ensuring that the store looks sharp and is inviting to customers. In addition, through fantastic customer service and professional advice, you must help to give customers a wonderful buying experience and meet their expectations every time they shop in the store. The shop is open every day of the week, which is why the working hours will be between 05:30 - 18:00.
In addition to ordering goods, stocking up and dispatching customers at the till, you will also be given the following tasks, which you will solve in close cooperation with the shop owner:

- A competitive salary package starting from DKK 32,750 gross per month.
