We are currently looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support and join our dynamic sales team in Copenhagen, in driving business growth and providing exceptional service to our global customers.
The ideal candidate will be based in our headquarter Copenhagen, have relevant working experience in lifestyle brands, a good communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
As a global brand, we have growing demands from overseas markets, the ideal candidate is preferred to have global market experiences especially in Asia, and the ability to speak one of the languages in Mandarin, Korean or Japanese is highly preferred.

Key responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales reports, brand assets, updating customers information, and coordinating sales meetings between headquarter and our partners in different global markets.
- Support the development and execution of localized B2B sales activities globally together with our local partners to achieve business objectives, including new product launches, promotional activities, and trade shows.
- Communicate with our customers on daily basis, handle customer inquiries, assisting sample delivery, and ensure timely execution of service.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of new product launches and other important sales activities in our global markets
- Sales support for our overseas distributor markets , a communication skill in writing and speaking in one of the listed languages will be highly preferred: Mandarin, Korean or Japanese
Personal Competencies
- Degree in Business administration, marketing, communication, or a related field.
- Relevant working experiences in global retail brands in sales and marketing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Skills in Adobe is a plus.
- Fluent communication skills in English is a must.
- Communication skills in Mandarin , Korean or Japanese is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
