Do you want to be a part of a very complex and exciting building project? We are currently looking for an experienced and self-motivated Process Coordinator (TPR).
About us:
FLC is the Joint Venture in charge of the design and construction of the longest immersed tunnel in the world. It’s a very complex project consisting of Tunnel North Contract & Tunnel South Contract (TUN) and the Tunnel Portal and Ramps Contract (TPR). Within the FLC organization many processes have to be followed and to be fulfilled within different central departments established in the overhead organization TXX.
Key tasks:
As a Process Coordinator you will be the link between the FLC overhead organization TXX and the TPR design and execution teams. Your main responsibility will be to identify, schedule, organize and follow up on various processes:

Key tasks:
As a Process Coordinator you will be the link between the FLC overhead organization TXX and the TPR design and execution teams. Your main responsibility will be to identify, schedule, organize and follow up on various processes:
- Interface Management
- Risk Management
- Safety in Design (SiD)
- Preparation of Work Method Statements (WMS)
- Other processes as like Environmental in Design, CSM, etc.
- Inspection and test plans and theis implementation in the software Dalux
- Cooperation across departments on process planning and implementation
Required qualifications:
- A minimum of 2,5 years’ experience in infrastructure projects
- Experience in similar positions like interface management, QA/AC or other process management will be an advantage
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent English proficiency (both spoken and written)
- A knowledge of Danish and/or German will be an advantage
Personal skills:
- Structural and well organized
- Great team worker
- Strong problem solving, analytical and information management skills

Conditions of employment:
- The Danish Salaried Employees Act (Funktionærloven) applies, pension, health insurance and lunch arrangement are available.
- Starting date: As soon as possible
- Workplace: Copenhagen with travel activities to Lolland and Fehmarn
